We are seeking for a professional sales over-achiever to drive high growth in the Commercial Accounts Territory. The candidate should have excellent communication skill and with a consistent track record of exceeding quota in a fast paced and complex sales environment. Successful applicant should possess knowledge of unstructured storage, exude excellent professionalism and integrity, with strong presentation and collaboration skills and a passion for winning.
This self-driven individual shall be focused to meet and exceed assigned quota, build territory revenue, prospect named Accounts through individual initiatives and by leveraging the Core DellEMC Sales Team, Extended Teams and Professional Resources. Establish and nurture relationships with all levels of the customer organization as appropriate, engage with different line of business and CxO. Assimilate different vertical market information, business requirements, and infrastructure attributes, and apply this knowledge to sell and position UDS solutions into vast Commercial Accounts. Develop Account Plans and Strategies jointly with the core sales team to drive, develop and close opportunities on a quarterly and annual basis. Manage all opportunities, maintaining accurate forecasting and communication with management. Drive customer satisfaction in all assigned accounts.
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 5-7 years’ experience selling enterprise storage, experiences in selling file/object based storage is preferred.
Knowledge of the computer industry, especially file-base storage, object storage, infrastructure and/or other storage products preferred.
Knowledge and experiences working with HPC, EDA, M&E, AI, Machine Learning, IoT and Analytics would be advantages.
Proven track record and the ability to penetrate new accounts, develop and close opportunities.
Proven ability to develop C-level relationships.
Consistent track record of exceeding quota while maintaining customer loyalty and stickiness of our solution.
Strategic account planning experience. Proven track record of developing, executing and management of detailed account plans and execution.
Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment, fostering communication within specialized, core sales teams and extended teams, while driving independent activities and parallel concerted sales efforts.
Excellent communicator, influencer, team player, presenter, good problem solving skills, creative and time management skills.
