Reporting to the Senior Director of CSB Customer Growth Marketing, the ML-AI Senior Manager is responsible for building models that accelerating our customer centered growth. You will have an opportunity to influence Dell’s Consumer & Small Business growth strategy. We think big, start small and learn fast.

What you’ll achieve
Grow our Consumer & Small Business segment globally by keeping customer privacy at the center and leveraging ML-AI, Automation & the latest Marketing Technology stack.
CSB Modeling roadmap: Partner with relevant stakeholders (eg. field marketing) to build ML/AI capability roadmap grounded in business outcomes.
End to end implementation of roadmap Lead team of data scientist & engineers & partner with technology & MLOps teams to deliver roadmap on time - on quality - on cost.
Flawless operations On time-on quality delivery of leads to field marketing for outbound plays.
Scale solutions Reduce complexity for the business and drive scale across our ML/AI deliveries.

We value clarity of thought, a deep understanding of the Marketing Technology stack and awareness of modern approaches ML/AI pipelines / CI-CD which scale.
Ability to interpret statistical results and explain complex ideas to stakeholders.
Experience in managing data scientist and engineers. Solid teamwork, with comfort and proven ability to drive success in matrix environments.
Proven experience in managing a development backlog, minimizing technical debt and prioritizing critical items.
8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience in the field of ML/AI.
Salary starting from: 4500 EUR gross monthly
