Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate is passionate about people development and has an interest in adult learning methodologies and educational best practices in a Sales Environment for Technology. You have a flair for building relationships across organizations as well as at senior management level. You have a proven track record of creating result through others in a matrix environment

  • Conduct quarterly training needs analysis and create training calendar. Ensure trainings are aligned with local business objectives and developmental needs of sales teams.

  • Responsible for the delivery of sales training; new hire onboarding, selling skills for inside and outside sales, account planning, acceleration trainings and entry level technical training

  • Conducts training in classroom as well as thru conference calls

  • Provide on-going consultation on selling skills

  • Engage with the Sales leaders, Business Unit leaders, Marketing and Global Sales Training to ensure the coordination, organization and deployment of the required trainings for the sales teams. Includes:

  • Product trainings

  • Vendor led trainings

  • Specialist trainings

  • Deployment and follow up of trainings programs:

  • Quarterly Business Trainings

Essential Requirements

  • Min Degree in an IT/Technical discipline preferred.

  • Min 5-8 years of working experience preferably in a sales or sales training capacity.

  • Solution Selling skills

  • Ability to design basic training course.

  • Facilitation skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Desirable Requirements

  • 1-2 years of Sales Training Experience

  • PowerPoint skills

  • Presentation skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrable Consulting skills

  • Fluent in Swedish and English
