Account Executive - Business Development (f/m/d)

Our Services Business Development Sales team takes care to forge strong and insightful relationships with both new and existing customers. To gain understanding of the unique and changing factors that drive purchasing decisions, the team develops connections at all levels of a client’s business. They use their insight to identify and create new opportunities – and to build the business development strategies that underpin successful sales. As well as maximizing revenue, they take responsibility for accurate forecasts.

What you’ll achieve

As a Services Business Development Executive, you will lead a team of subject matter experts to create solutions which solve complex customer business issues. You’ll use your insight to identify and create new opportunities – and to build the business development strategies that underpin successful sales. You will support both domestic and multinational transactions from sales qualification through contract signing, contract renewals and restructuring.

You will:

  • Lead large and complex engagements spanning multiple services elements including help desk / service desk; field services; asset management; software management and distribution; security services; and other components necessary to deliver a successful customer outcome.

  • Be responsible for assembling resources across multiple groups to create complex IT-based business solutions; propose those solutions to the customer; and negotiate contracts to support those solutions.

Essential Requirements

  • Ability to lead a diverse team of resources to construct, propose, and negotiate complex opportunities; including finance, legal, operations, HR, proposals, and solution architecture

  • Excellent C-level customer facing presentation and negotiations skills

  • In depth understanding of the delivery of IT services for infrastructure, applications, and security

  • Highly proficient in understanding and negotiating complex deal and financial constructs

  • Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to get to win-win outcomes

Desirable Requirements

  • MBA or Bachelor Degree with equivalent experience

  • 10+ years of experience, willing to travel
