The Account Executive within the Public sector will be responsible for building strong and long-term customer relationships in the field and ensuring a great customer experience with existing and potential customers. A key aspect of this role is to develop long term vision, strategic long-term projects and evangelize on the Dell Technologies solutions and IT platforms.
This role requires strong knowledge of public tender law, experience in complex big IT projects as well as working with public customers to drive and sustain long term vision of the customers IT strategy with high ambiguity and complex approach with all the public sector limitations and law requirements.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
This position requires skills in validation of strategic and long-term sales opportunities as well as understanding and analyzing specific customer business issues and demands and translating them into a Dell Technologies vision and solution.
Identifying technology gaps in the transformational projects, and engaging partners to complete the solution.
Preparing competitive sales tools in the form of presentations, briefs, white papers and webinars content. Making technical and sales presentations to technical staff and top management, including C-level executives.
Acting as the subject matter expert for transformational services, both externally and internally with the core sales team.
Creating focused account plans that ensure new business development and maintaining an account growth.
Long term vision and strategic approach for biggest public institutions.
Biggest long term projects detection within the central government sector.
Bachelor’s Degree (BSc/BA) or equivalent experience
Extensive experience in a relationship selling role in the Public sector where you were recognized as a top performer
Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation and executive presentation skills and proficient in working with C level executives
Fluent English and Polish language knowledge.
World-class customer management and strategic selling skills to enhance the success of our customers’ business and the growth of Dell Technologies
Technical experience or working knowledge of virtualization and Cloud technologies with understanding of Dell Technologies products and their value added to the customer.
Strategic sales planning abilities combined with ability to visualize market trends and sales momentum.
