Account Executive in Public Sector – Central Government.

The Account Executive is responsible for building strong customer relationships in the field and ensuring a great customer experience with existing and potential customers. A key aspect of this role is to develop Dell Technologies end-to-end solution portfolio across our four key pillars; Dell’s Client Solutions (Desktop, Notebooks, Workstations, Tablets), Dell Software Group (DSG), Enterprise Solutions (Servers, Storage & Networking) and Services (Support, Deployment, Development, Dell Financial Services) within their portfolio.
This will include growing the territory/account base to attain financial objectives
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
Understanding customers’ business and solution requirements,
Gaining share of wallet/spend in client Solutions and Enterprise Solutions,
Territory/account management, including account planning and sales forecasting and engaging cross-functional resources,
Being customarily and regularly engaged with decision makers at client facilities in performing primary duties,
Leading sales process and utilizing all available resources to manage account.
Essential Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree (BSc/BA) or equivalent experience,
Extensive experience in a relationship selling role in the Public sector where you were recognized as a top performer,
Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation and executive presentation skills and proficient in working with CIO and next 2 levels down,
Driven by achieving a high level of customer satisfaction and can demonstrate a track record in this area,
Ability to work in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment as well as highly developed planning and organization skills,
Fluent English and Polish language knowledge,
World-class customer management and strategic selling skills to enhance the success of our customers’ business and the growth of Dell Technologies.
- Experience selling IT Solutions including Client Solutions an advantage.
