Key Responsibilities

  • Sells DellEMCs products and services (via telephone, web, e-mail or during the meetings) to specified customer/partner segments in alignment with outside sales and responsible for ensuring a positive customer/partner experience.

  • Focus on maintaining and expanding business relationships/market share with existing and new customers.

  • Functions as the overall account manager including leading transactional sales, partnering with outside sales and/or the channel (as applicable) and both strategy and execution.

  • Focus on new account development and/or expanding existing accounts - identify and qualify new channel partners, distributors, and retailers while demonstrating ability to train via enablement tools.

  • Cooperates and collaborates with colleagues cross-functionally, to support the sales process.

  • Stays abreast of current industry trends and how DellEMC's customers/partners are being impacted to help solve specific market challenges in targeted industries.

Essential Requirements

  • University degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience.

  • Knowledge of applicable technology, products, and services and ability to identify how these products and services align to customer/partner needs.

  • Ability to create/execute an action plan to make unsolicited contact with targeted people to capture interest for further discussion.

  • Ability to select and execute effective sales strategies and tactics in a differentiated manner to win the business.

  • Ability to establish and accelerate forward motion toward desired sales objective.

  • Ability to differentiate and position the value of entire product and service offering.

  • Advanced level of English and Polish languages - both verbal and written.
