Business Analyst Senior Advisor

What you’ll achieve

As a Business Analyst / Product Management Senior Advisor, you will work on exciting projects where you will support solution development and take this through to Feature and Story creation and onto test to deliver customer requirements. You will work with other high performing teams in a fast paced environment and will develop key knowledge and skills in manufacturing.

You will:

  • Conduct business process analysis, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefits analysis in an effort to align information technology solutions with business initiatives

  • Work with business users to define and analyze problems and align the most appropriate technical, application or configuration solutions

  • Solicit, develop, document and manage requirements and provides detailed design and business rules to support the requirements throughout project life cycle up to and through change control

  • Consider the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment. Create, review and deliver end-user documentation (user guide, process flow charts, and training materials) and training for accuracy

  • Works with the business users to select or create appropriate scenarios to test all results to determine whether system changes met project specifications; uses scenarios to assist the end user in acceptance testing

Essential Requirements

  • 6 to 12 years of relevant experience

  • Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations

  • Knowledge in Agile methodology

  • Proven ability to facilitate solicitation of complete and accurate business/system requirements.

  • Fluent in English

Desirable Requirements

  • A background in understanding Manufacturing, E2E Supply Chain Processes, Factory and ODM is desired

  • Degree in Computer Science or IT related discipline.
