What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Sales Manager, you will manage a team of field sales account executives, responsible for building strong customer relationships in the field and ensuring a great experience for existing and potential customers.
Directly manage field-based individual contributors
Provide direction, development and inspiration to team members
Manage the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce
Drive business process improvement efforts
Collaborate with other functions to resolve escalations/customer issues quickly

12 to 15 years of outside sales experience and 4+ years of managerial experience
Ability to drive training and developing plans for the organization
High level understanding of customer/industry climate (Public Sector a plus)
Moderate to high level of solutions and technical knowledge
Ability to create and develop C- Level relationships
