Strategic Programs Business Development Capture Manager (National Security Group)

Our Business Development Capture Managers forge strong and insightful relationships to gain understanding of the unique and changing factors that drive purchasing decisions, the team develops connections at all levels of a client’s business. They use their insight to identify and create new opportunities – and to build the business development strategies that underpin successful sales. As well as maximizing revenue, they take responsibility for accurate forecasts.

The Strategic Programs Business Development Capture Manager identifies the resources needed to pursue a strategic federal opportunity , oversees the bid strategies, teaming agreements, pricing and proposal strategy. In addition, manages the transition from business opportunity to proposal development to award.

What makes this exciting:

  • Acquires new strategic programs contract vehicles or task orders in key segment defined initiatives.

  • Serves as liaison to key partners on named Strategic Programs.

  • Articulates Dell Technologies value proposition to maximize share of program scope.

  • Brief executives and sales staff on program strategy, requirements and approach.

  • Cross functional planning and coordination across all LOBs and SABs in order to create winning solutions.

How your experience will help you hit the ground running:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred.

  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience.

  • Federal experience required. Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government personnel security clearance Active clearance preferred.-

  • Strong organizational skills and strong verbal and written skills.

  • Must have proven success in driving results and building effective teams.
