关键职责:

  1. 使用电话,邮件等通讯工具/社交媒体等形式开拓新客户,维护现有客户资源,向目标客户销售戴尔的产品和解决方案。

  2. 制定销售计划,进行销售预测,达成业绩指标。

  3. 洞察市场动态以及行业趋势,了解客户所受影响及动态,积极主动帮助客户对应新的挑战。

基本要求 :

  1. 大专以上学历,可接受优秀的应届毕业生。

  2. 积极主动的心态,持续推动销售进展,达成销售目标。

  3. 具备良好的学习主动性和学习能力。

  4. 有韧性,具备克服困难和复杂环境的主动性和方法。

  5. 基本的英语读写能力。

期望的要求:

  1. 有销售经验者优先考虑。

  2. 具备IT的基本知识。

Key responsibilities:

  1. Use telephone, mail and other communication tools/social media to develop new customers, maintain existing customer resources, and sell Dell products and solutions to target customers.

  2. Develop sales plans, make sales forecasts, and achieve performance targets.

  3. Gain insight into market dynamics and industry trends, understand the impact and dynamics of customers, and proactively help customers respond to new challenges.

Essential Requirements:

  1. College degree or above, excellent fresh graduates are accepted.

  2. Positive, can continue to promote sales progress and achieve sales goals.

  3. Curiosity and learning ability.

  4. Resilience, with the initiative and methods to overcome difficulties and complex environments.

  5. Basic English reading and writing skills.

Desirable Requirements:

  1. sales experience are preferred.

  2. Have basic knowledge of IT.
