Dell’s Online Engineering (Dell Commerce Services) organization is hiring an e-Commerce B2B Cross Sales Channel Strategy consultant to be part of the Analytics team. This is a global team responsible for analytics and insights for Multi Billion $ online B2B business. Work of this team influences actions of Run the Business Operations team and features and roadmaps considered by engineering development team.
B2B Analytics team is responsible for analytics and insights for Buyer and Seller platform of applications regarding:
Platform Health-Speed and stability of entire ecosystems of applications supporting business. Engineering Launches and ROI, program benefit analysis UX Improvement- customer online experience Optimization of Revenue/Unit/Margin Run the Business
Ability to understand complexity of different business processes and being able to translate / drive action / anticipate and automate reoccurring asks
Analyze diverse data (besides the raw numbers) and draw actionable conclusions
Deal with ambiguity, ability to read between the lines and understand the real request / problem
Executes online analytics and provides bi-weekly progress updates
Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Degree, or equivalent professional experience
4+ years of relevant experience with at least 2+ years providing highly-actionable e-commerce analytics
Experience OLAP, SQL, proficiency in Excel and Microsoft office
Strong communication skills, including the ability to convey analytic insights effectively to both IT and business audiences
Strong teamwork, business acumen, and customer advocacy skills
Strong presentation, leadership, business influence, and project management skills
