工作职责 :

1.负责通过京东自营店在线平台主动接入及外呼,与客户取得联系,销售戴尔家用、商用系列产品;

2.向客户推荐既满足实际的需求,也符合戴尔利润要求的销售方案;

  1. 熟练掌握戴尔产品与服务的知识,能够应对客户的需求;

  2. 维护并提升戴尔客户关系及市场份额,执行戴尔公司的市场战略与销售目标; 5. 协调并运用公司内部各各职能部门的资源,达到销售业绩,满足客户需求。

基本要求:

  1. 大专及以上学历,可接受优秀应届生;

  2. 良好的沟通表达以及客服意识;

  3. 主动积极,具备良好的学习能力和责任心;

  4. 能承受一定的工作压力,可适应倒班(正常班8:30-17:30 / 晚班 14:00-23:00)

期望的要求:

  1. 良好的英语读写能力。

Key responsibilities:

  1. Be responsible for active access and outbound call through Tmall / JD / DELL.com and other online platforms, get in touch with customers, and sell Dell's consumer and commercial products;

  2. Recommend to customers the sales plan that not only meets the actual needs, but also meets Dell's profit requirements;

  3. Master the knowledge of Dell products and services, and be able to meet the needs of customers;

  4. Maintain and improve Dell's customer relationship and market share, and implement Dell's market strategy and sales target;

  5. Coordinate and use the resources of various functional departments in the company to achieve sales performance and meet customer needs.

Requirements:

  1. College degree or above, excellent fresh students are acceptable;

  2. Good communication and customer service awareness;

  3. Initiative, good learning ability and have strong responsibility;

  4. Be able to work under certain pressure and adapt to shift (normal shift 8:30-17:30 / night shift 14:00-23:00)

Desirable Requirements:

  1. Good English reading and writing skills.
