Our team manages projects or leads others managing projects — ensuring cross-functional teams work collaboratively and effectively. We oversee initial plans, set budgets, track project activities and communicate milestones to key stakeholders.

What you’ll achieve
As a Service Project Management Advisor, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of initial plans, setting budgets, supervising project activities and communicating achievements to key stakeholders.
Manage projects that capture customer’s unique requirements accurately and expediently.
Lead the customization projects thru from startup to project release, working together with respective CS Engineer, GCS fulfillment & quality team, Factory Engineering Group, Material, Trade Compliance, Regulatory, Order Processing and Production.
Always ensure the process implemented deliver the good and right quality services/product to the customers
Resolve and provide business solutions under mission critical conditions.
Work independently to gather resource requirements and manage each project to completion.

Excellent English, Mandarin & Korean skills, be able to communicate effectively with cross region people
Strong communication skills, be able to deal effectively with customers & sales across APJ as well as motivate remote project team in Malaysia
At least 5 years in a related industry.
At least 2 years project management
Customer focus, creative and able to focus under lead time pressure.
Bachelor degree in a related discipline. PMP/MBA preferred.
Great ownership, always being positive and proactive, willing to take personal action to delight internal and external customers
