Dell Manager2, Inside Sales Management in Xiamen, China

Responsibility:

  • Manage a team or multiple teams of sales reps / could be a second level manager in the transactional space only

  • Assists with site projects

  • May work on global projects

  • Helps team shape deals with complex pricing, competitive analysis and longer deal cycle

  • Carries a basic complexity and revenue responsibility in a segment/vertical

  • Solid understanding of complexities of the environment and works internally to solve complex business issues

  • Able to resolve the most complex customer escalation issues

Requirement:

  • Able to communicate strategic direction of Dell’s product/service offerings and how they relate to the assigned segment

  • Comfortable managing large teams of individual contributors

  • Understands how to translate strategic direction into results

  • Strong leadership skills

  • Typically 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience · Typically requires 2+ years managerial/leadership experience
