Working in an environment that’s as complex as it is critical, our Buyer team within Materials and Procurement manages a group of indirect categories, such as real estate, marketing material, supplies or software. We use our in-depth knowledge and experience to develop strategic relationships with external suppliers as well as with key stakeholders. Our role also includes leading contract negotiations, managing risk, driving cost-saving initiatives and implementing strategic sourcing best practices.
responsible for the standard contract review, and assist the contract managers for the contract administration tasks
responsible for addressing day to day operational issues with all levels of country management including: raising purchase orders, sending purchase order to suppliers, checking requisitions and purchase order status
Supplier onboarding process and policy and various of scenarios of SIR process
Make the weekly report of SIR and P. R and follow up the pending cases and drive for closing
GP Helpdesk support
Major in law ( nice to have)
2 years experience on procurement and contract management related field
Self motivated , result driven and customer caring
Fluent in English/ Japanese or Chinese
Procurement experience with at least 2 years and above
Major in law and capable to assess the contract risks
