Senior Sales Operations Advisor

What you’ll achieve
We are looking for an experienced Planning and Sales Operations Senior Advisor to join our team; the position is based in Beijing or Xiamen. RESPONSIBILITIES Typically responsible for module/s of a project or for small to medium project/s Impact is within a significant scope project or part of a function or process Identifies areas of risk/opportunities and influences and implements continuous improvements Maintains awareness of trends, business conditions and internal process and practices impacting project/program(s) Provides over-arching results, recommendations, and documentation Develops recommendations and implements solutions to project/program challenges May facilitate partner alignment and maintain partner relationships
You will be a key component in shaping how the Renewals business will grow in the short, medium, and long term. The success of this role will directly affect the overall performance of GC DT Renewals Services.
Day to day Sales Support: Acts as regional expert / go to point for process questions & support and successfully drives & tracks all support requests through relevant owning teams. Supports and Drives APOS Projects ensuring that GC Regional business requirements are fully comprehended
Engages teams cross-functionally outside of SDS to ensure objectives can be met. Drives the development and execution of project plans by working with project teams to define sequence and help estimate duration of activities to determine scheduled to meet objectives
Supports the business in the design and implementation of new end to end processes or tools to maximize business productivity. Partners with the business to fully understand end to end APOS Sales processes – needs to be able to clearly articulate the regional business challenges & requirements
Partners closely with the business to develop a profound understanding of the regional business model and complexities, works with their global and in-region teams to prioritize requirements and to support or drive projects to improve business process.
Partners with IT, Global Program Managers and regional teams to support the deployment and stabilization of new APOS tool deployments, sustaining and support efforts.. Participates in new tool test execution and helps to ensure that the GC business is adequately represented in test phases

2-4 year’s relevant experience (sales, sales management and/or operations, project management)
Experience/familiar with Service/APOS Sales is a plus
Fluent in English and Chinese, another fluent language is a plus
Knowledge of Microsoft platforms(Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience working with sales and external customers or in support of different business units and geographies
