Dell Services Channel SSR in Xiamen, China
The Inside Service Development Manager is responsible for driving services revenue and margin across the Hong Kong sales organization to meet revenue and margin targets.
Motivate and influence the inside sales organization (Inside Sales Representatives, Inside Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers & Sales Director) to drive services revenue and margin
Develop and execute services strategies and activities to address segment responsibilities
Coordinate with Brand Marketing Managers to deliver quarterly services sales promotional programs
Analyze sales performance data to identify low performers and take corrective action
Understand the competitive environment to allow Dell to provide winning services proposals
Serve as point of escalation for sales to solve internal services problems
Discuss services with customers to help close services deals
Customer presentations at the Executive Briefing Center
Bachelor Degree or equivalent technical training or certification with any combination of experience and training that provides the preferred knowledge, skills, and abilities.
3 - 5 years corporate sales experience and channel sales experience.
Knowledge in IT products, services and services sales preferred.
Ability to motivate and influence others across a large organization
Strong drive for results and customer focus
Short-term execution and long-term planning abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in Cantonese spoken
Chinese, & English spoken and written
