  • Achieve Quarterly ESG (Server, Storage and Switch) revenue Quota

  • Initiate and execute Quarterly sales plan and account plan

  • Initiate daily call plan to build and develop long-term customer relationship

  • Understand customer requirement through professional question probing and provide valued Enterprise product and solution

  • Manage funnel and close the order

  • Improve Enterprise selling skill by scheduling self-paced study and participating ESG (Enterprise Sales Group) training

  • Transfer ESG selling skill to Inside Sales team and lead regional/team level ESG business

  • Deliver the best customer experience


  • Bachelor degree or above is preferred

  • 5years or above working experience in IT industry

  • 4 years above working experience in sales or pre-sales engineer job.

  • Excellent telephone selling and communication skill

  • Good at both spoken and written English

  • Able to work, learn, achieve target and grow under pressure

  • Rich product knowledge on server and storage (like FC array, TBU, SAN, NAS and Clustering etc.)
