Dell Sr Analyst, Sales Operations in Xiamen, China

A Partner/Internal customer facing position which requires an individual to be the key contact for focused partners and internal functions including Channel, Sales team, Operations team, etc in every channel related queries and supports. The individual provides supports for transactional requests from Channels and ensures that Channel transactional assistance requests are attended to in a professional and timely manner.


• At least 5 years’ experience in operation and IT industry

• Understanding of channel business and/or overall transactions in accordance with partner operations

Detailed Job Description

  • Support day to day operation and transactional support of sales requests from partners and making sure SLA are met

  • Drive Timely resolution of issues and proactively identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements

  • Follow guidelines of Rules Of Engagement & ensures all policies, procedures and governance are followed

  • Maintain process documentation, checklists and partner training documents

  • Recommend ways to improve processes, internal tools, documentation and technology to improve work flow efficiency

  • Build positive partner relationships through proactive communication of issues, status, resolutions and future prevention

  • Coordinate and manage internal/external audits on process/systems

  • Will need to have the ability to provide partner training on system process/policy internally/externally

  • May be assigned with Ad-Hoc Project to manage which includes User Acceptance Testing(UAT)

  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs

  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: (Functional requirements, Business Requirements Document)

  • Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts

  • Be the liaison between the business units, Management, Program teams and support teams
