Respond to customer WUR replacement and refund
Assist customer provide the document/invoice for WUR progress need.
Help service team set the appropriate customer expectation based on the county law and policy and good communication skill to delight the customer and benefit the customer experience.
Create and download order for whole unit replacement, and make sure the new whole unit delivery to customer in time
Maintain the return cycle time and timely follow up action avoid Dell property lost.
Co-operate with REC/IPS team to capture the failure unit back for batch quality FA action purpose.
