Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and delivering the Revenue forecasted target with alignment of the wider company goals and objectives and building and implementing a strategy for continual success

  • Managing weekly, quarterly & bi-yearly pipeline/outlook forecast

  • Provide direction, development and inspiration to team members.

  • Working with your account teams to ensure the best route to market is always available via online or partner management

  • Build and maintain a balanced mix of new and existing business across portfolio of products & services to maximise new business opportunities

  • Build awareness of current market & work with marketing team to deliver specific campaigns to drive awareness and increase market share.

  • Using and maintaining the company wide CRM system

  • 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience/leadership experience.

  • In-depth understanding of customer/industry climate

  • High level knowledge IT industry

  • Demonstrable track record of success either within same/similar industry or with easily transferrable skillset with the highest levels of integrity

  • Great communicator with an innate ability to ensure that account teams always retain long-term focus

  • Ability to capably articulate from the break-room to the boardroom

  • Overwhelmingly positive outlook with ability to manage change successfully

Desirable Requirements

  • Degree Educated with sales success working in an IT focused software or advertising company

  • Demonstrable success in selling/leading enterprise solutions to corporate clients throughout the UK

  • An advanced thinker who has a thirst for knowledge and continued personal development

  • Comfortable collaborating with channel partners to deliver sales and implementation services.
